Mercedes-Benz Gives Beamer an End-of-Month Scare

Mercedes Benz increased monthly sales by 10-percent more than their Bavarian rival, ending October with a very healthy 23-percent gain. The ride credited for spurring such robust growth is none other than the Mercedes-Benz C-Class. The best-selling range grew by 88 percent, alone. Fletcher Jones Imports would be willing to bet this has something to do with the addition of a new coupe variant for the 2012 model year. But a more opulent body, class-leading safety, addition of new engine options, late-breaking luxuries and time-tested value probably didn't hurt, either. And, of course, the C-Class didn't do it alone.

Opulence, value and luxury permeate all Mercedes-Benz classes. The degree to which consumers value these traits is underscored by the fact Mercedes-Benz managed to beat BMW sales in October, even as they cut incentives by 15 percent. Beamer actually grew incentives by 35 percent and still they couldn't gain enough traction to come out on the top...Looks like Beamer is forgetting at least one cardinal rule: Some luxuries really are priceless.

To experience the couture comfort of Mercedes-Benz first hand, visit the Fletcher Jones Imports showroom, located at 7300 West Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV, today. We'd be happy to compare a few models, arrange for some test drives, and talk financing. Just be forewarned, we've had more than a few drivers in the Las Vegas area come in and proclaim love at first sight.
