To Qualify for the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program: There are three different options to qualify for a Corporate Account Number (CAN): Companies with vehicle fleets may be granted a Mercedes-Benz Corporate Account Number (CAN) if they meet the following criteria:
Option 1 - Operate fifteen (15) or more vehicles (any make or model) currently registered in the company name.
Option 2 - Have five (5) vehicles (any make or model) registered in the company name that were acquired during the previous 12-months, current and previous model year OR current and previous calendar year.
For companies which do not have a fleet of vehicles, please note the following optional enrollment criteria to the Fleet Program:
Option 3 - Company has fifteen (15) or more company executives who receive a vehicle allowance in addition to the company having an annual U.S. sales volume greater than $100 million.
To obtain a Corporate Account Number (CAN):
Companies must first submit a completed Corporate Account Enrollment Form, along with copies of the appropriate vehicle registrations for options 1 and 2, or for option 3, a letter from the company's Human Resources Department confirming the executives and allowance eligibility, to Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC.
