While it took a couple of visits and test drives to find my perfect ride, the Fletcher Jones team was very patient and attentive to my needs, even when I didn't know what I wanted. I had a great experience at FJ Mercedes. The services center was very though. Dennis always makes sure my car is taken care of. He works with the warranty company to make sure my out of pocket is minimal. The loaner car was available so there wasn’t an inconvenience of not having a vehicle. My overall experience was very satisfying. Of course when my car arrived it was freshly washed and ready to go!

Sal Cucco and Maxine Linihan were very friendly and made me feel welcome. They outmatched USAA financial offer and gave me a great financing deal through Mercedes. Ms. Jenae Steed who was not even my salesperson was nice enough to tell me about the vehicle and offered and gave me fruit. Now that was true team work. I have had many car dealership experiences in my lifetime. This one I have to rate the best ever!! If your the boss reading this message, "GIVE THESE THREE INDIVIDUALS A PAY RAISE. I will recommend to all my soon to be Las Vegas Raiders family who will be moving here within the next few years to make Fletcher Jones Imports there No 1 vehicle buying choice. Also, The Product Concierge that worked with me, (sorry, I forgot her name) was so very nice and helped me with some issues with my auto E550. Service is above and beyond. Roadside assistance started my car at home. I drive it in for service in the afternoon and it was ready the next morning. The shuttle service took me home and picked me back up the next day.

Several years ago while living in NY (Long Island) I went to purchase my dream car which at the time was the BMW 7 Series. I went to one of the biggest dealership in my area. I got out of my car, walked around the lot and went into the showroom looking at different 7 Series. I spent about 20 mins to half an hour there, and while there were plenty of sales people standing around and others tending to other customers, no one ever bothered to approach me to ask how I could be helped. It was like I was invisible which was both hurtful and disappointing. I left that dealership without purchasing my dream car and later that day,settled on purchasing a Lexus ES 350 because I felt that the people at that dealership were welcoming, and took the time to make me feel like I mattered even if I didn't fit the description of their typical higher end car buyer. Which brings me to my experience at Fletcher. I ended up at this Mercedes-Benz dealership because my "dream car" preference had evolved. While I still love the BMW 7 Series, my ultimate love is now for the S550. I find this car all-around beautiful. But I was looking for a used one because the cost of this car, brand new, is out of my price range. I was hoping to spend around 30-40K. So I got to Fletcher that day, got out of my car and before I could get to the lot I was approached by Jenae wearing a big smile and welcoming me to the dealership. She inquired about what I was looking for and proceeded to show me what was in their inventory. There were only 2 used S550's and both were outside my price range. While still considering my preference, she offered to show me other cars that wasn't the S550. That day, she spent about a couple of hours with me showing me different cars, but not for a moment did I ever feel pressured to get something else. I left there that day without my S550 but with the assurance by Jenae that she will be on the look-out for S550's being returned to the dealership. And it was only a matter of about 2 days before I got a call from Jenae with the possible car of my dreams. And while I ended up spending more than I wanted to, I'm now the happy owner of my dream car. I strongly believe that people make decisions based on the way they're treated and in my case, Jenae Steed has proven that theory. She has exemplified what customer service aught to be about. And while I'm aware she's there to earn a living to support her family by selling cars, I also believe she genuinely cares about the clients she serves. I could attest that she's gone above and beyond to meet my needs. As such, I believe she has elevated the Fletcher dealership and the Mercedes-Benz brand as a whole. In my opinion, she exemplify "Service Excellence" and I will recommend everyone in the market for a Mercedes-Benz to go see her at Fletchers.

I take my Smart car to Mercedes for service because they are trained professionals. My car is always returned repaired, serviced, and cleaner than when I brought it in. Josh, my service rep is very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I appreciate Josh and the service team at Fletcher.

I highly recommend coming here. They are affiliated with the Fletcher Jones in Newport Beach. Shai Winograd was my salesman and he went over and beyond my exceptions when purchasing from FJ. I flew into Vegas from Cali and my flight was delayed on a Saturday night and Shai stayed passed closing hours to make sure I got the keys to my car because they were closed on Sunday & I had to be out of town Sunday for a business meeting. Great customer service, purchasing was an ease and the paperwork was a breeze. Shout out to Maggie Westfall who handled my title documents. The title to my car got lost or misplaced. She took care of the situation and resolved my problem in a timely manner. High five to these 2, someone give them a raise!! I will definitely come back and send my referrals over. Once again, thank you!
