Refused to adhere to warranty policy on tires and insisted on arguing with me and the Henderson dealership for over 20 minutes. I am very dissapointed in this dealership I have been with Mercedes for 15 years and I know that Mercedes value loyalty but not at this dealership.. Think twice before make a deal with them, they promised and don’t honor it. They extend my lease contract for an extra 6 months, and it was supposed to be included all the maintenance services till the end of the contract. (Sales Advisor and Manager agreement). And guess what??? They didn't. The service was for the normal 3 years, so now I have to pay for the extra service on that extra lease time that they made me accepted!!! MY ADVICE! BE CAREFUL!!! There are a lot of more options in Vegas..

I recently purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette from Fletch Jones Imports. The entire process was easy and satisfying. Michael N. went over and above to make the purchase. I live in an area with very high speedbumps about 20 minutes from the dealership. Michael drove the unit to my house so we could verify the speedbumps would not be an issue.
