Shane Petersen’s service was a 10. We eventually bought a GLE350W from Fletcher Jones of Las Vegas because Shane was true to his word. After we test drove a couple of MBZ SUVs to replace our 1998 ML320, we told him that we need to check out the Lexus dealership down the street. We came back because his text message sounded great and it was.

I have recently had to have my 2004 Mercedes Benz C230 and my case involved recurring lean code that nobody, including the MB of Henderson, can figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Danielle Kerley, my Service Advisor had been very efficient in relaying information from day 1 til the day the car got fixed. Her communication with me has been nothing but the best. She patiently helped me althroughout the process and treated me like i am a very valuable customer. That by itself should be the only reason why you should go to this location, and NOT the MB of Henderson. They have a great fleet of experienced Master Technicians and Daniel Viek the Lead Shop Foreman handled my case very well. Now, i am a mechanic too. The issue in my car involved a leak nobody could find, and i myself had resorted to installing a new intake manifold assembly - yes, the problem was that intricate. Daniel and his team figured out and welded a leak in the flange by the lower intake manifold and put a voltage resistor in the wiring harness and the car is like good as new. I couldnt thank these people enough. The guys at MB of Henderson does NOT have the right expertise to solve complicated problems like these, or maybe they choose not to give it the time of their day because my car was 14 yrs old? Again kudos to Danielle Kerley and Daniel Viek. Great job guys!!!
Had a fantastic first-time experience at Fletcher Jones today. My 4-month old C300 displayed a tire pressure error I was unable to resolve. I telephoned Fletcher Jones and the service advisor told me to stop by, no appointment needed. I brought the car in a few hours later; a technician whisked the car away and invited me to wait in the (very well-appointed) customer lounge. Less than 10 minutes later they pulled my car up in front of the lounge, problem resolved, no charge. I’ve never had such a positive car service interaction. While I hope I won’t need to see the service department again for a while, I’ll look forward to doing so when the time comes. Thank you, Fletcher Jones!
Positive Feedback for the Fletcher Jones Servicing Department: Scenario: July 10, 2018: 3 out of the 5 air vents did not blow air. I had attempted to trouble shoot to no avail. July 11 and 12, 2018: I contacted DJ from Servicing who immediately put me in touch with Danielle Kayley/Keley, Servicing Advisor. In less than 10 minutes Danielle determined my user error. To clarify, the tiny silver colored plastic knobs on the 3 vents had inadvertently been turned to the side which means they're off.(lol) The tiny silver colored plastic knobs need to have the middle line indicator turned Upwards/Vertically and not Across/Horizontally. I accept my user error and hope this post helps other MB drivers with vent issues in the future. Thanks Fletcher Jones Team!
