From my first point of contact to the moment I drove my new Mercedes home, the service experience was impeccable. I would like to thank Sales Advisors Tyler Cloud, Nir Weiss, Chris Monzo, and Rafael Mendez for helping me thoughtfully consider which model would be the best fit for my needs and priorities. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to listen made the decision-making process both enjoyable and reassuring. Travis Markley stayed in touch throughout my search and the buying process, ensuring that Fletcher Jones Imports Las Vegas remained “top of mind” without ever making me feel pressured. Tyler Dawson, General Sales Manager, and Michael Nedelcu, Finance Manager, did an excellent job explaining the various purchasing options and complementary service packages. They made certain that I was not only acquiring the perfect car for my needs, but doing so under the circumstances that best suited my lifestyle. Once the car was purchased, Vaite Stradomski took the time to introduce me to the myriad safety, technology, and luxury features of my new Mercedes, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident before leaving the dealership. As I prepared to drive away, Kam Garrett was meticulously detailing my car, ensuring that my new Mercedes looked as exceptional as it felt. His attention to detail was a fitting final touch to an extraordinary purchase experience. Finally, within 12 hours of my purchase, Nick Stark, Service Advisor, reached out personally and provided me with his email address and mobile number. Beyond disappointed with Fletcher Jones. I went in to purchase a $200k car and was told that 1) I couldn't test drive it because they don't test drive those cars and 2) the sticker price of $200k was not actually the price because Fletcher Jones adds a $50k mark up as a dealer fee. So basically they want to charge me $50k to buy a car that I can't drive until I buy it. This is crazy to me. I have purchased several high line cars and I have never had this type of experience. Aston Martin lets you test drive $200k cars. Land Rover lets you test drive $200k cars. BENTLEY lets you test drive $300k cars. But Fletcher Jones? Nope....So I am headed out of state to buy the Mercedes I want because Fletcher Jones is CRAZY. I will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to buy from them.

If you are attempting to purchase anything from these people on line good luck! Contacted them to purchase a vehicle 24 hours ago took 4 hours to get confirmation of the vehicle then provided all information requested before they opened the next day in their formate on their links they provided called repeatedly to get status on purchase and then was told a local made an appointment to view the vehicle and they get first option for purchase 6 hours after they opened. They should have completed the sale to me by this point but because I was out of state the local lead was the priority and I could have second fiddle. It was not a credit or price issue as they never bothered to attempt to put a deal together in the six plus hours they had my information and I never attempted to haggle on the price. They just do not seem to want to sale out of state though it is a huge part of the advertising. So unless you are local good luck!

The service advisor, Dennis, was extremely unprofessional and challenging to deal with. Refused to adhere to warranty policy on tires and insisted on arguing with me and the Henderson dealership for over 20 minutes. Insisted he needed to see the actual invoice before warranty my tire after 13 months . I have never come across someone so disrespectful at a dealership.

Rex was a great salesman. He made the experience very welcoming. When I walked in nobody spoke to me or greeted me. Rex seen that and immediately took action. Almost felt like I was buying the car from my father is how comfortable he made me feel. He was honest as well and allowed me to make my on decision and that's what sold me.
