Stopped by the FJ location on Sahara with my daughter to see if the new 2020 GLS were out yet, was greeted on the lot by Haim Beja. Got the information I was looking for (not available yet btw) and decided to check out a nice used model they had. Long story short, ended up driving the SUV home after a test drive and some very relaxed conversation on the pricing. Vehicle was perfect for me, Haim did a great job and knew his stuff and the rest of the staff was A+ too. I'll likely use the Newport Beach location for service (near my home) but will also use the Vegas one as I'm out there a lot. SUV ran flawless on a 5 hour drive home, very happy. Highly recommend

Just wanted to write a review based on service only. I have no experience with the sales team which in most dealerships is always a bad experience but this review is based on the Jason Cote with the sales department. Jason went above and beyond when I brought my car into service to get get a panel fixed in the wheel well when I replaced my own headlights. The whole procedure upon arrival is by far the best I have experienced in al my time of taking cars to dealerships to get serviced. I even had a question about tire and wheel size differences that had nothing to do with what. Was getting done and Jason took the time to research in front of me and give me very detailed information about my particular vehicle. Something I have not experienced in a service department before. They usually are very fast to just get you checked in so they can get to their next check in, not Jason. I did not wait in the lounge but I did walk through and I was extremely impressed by how nice it was compared to most other dealerships. All in all, if you are going to the service department here ask to see Jason. If I was the gm of this dealership I would have to give this gentleman a raise to make sure he stays for a very long time. The only thing I didn't like was having to schedule with people in a call center off site who have no idea about cars anything to do with cars and who might need a little more training.

My husband and I came to browse the lot because we have owned and leased a few Mercedes in the past and currently own. We were very new in town...just moved from Pittsburgh a few days before and were just down the road getting some lunch when we figured we would tour the dealership for our future maintenance needs. And honestly we've been branded and absolutely adore MB so we like to keep up with the new features and vehicles so it's always a treat to browse. We have traveled all over the country with our MB Sprinter and I promise you FJI is a top facility especially appearance wise...it's beautiful, new and clean. We would be happy to entrust our vehicles to this dealership. Then I came across a white 2013 SLK 250 out front that I couldn't believe had such low mileage and well taken care of. It was the kind of vehicle I've always kept my eyes open for even when not fully in the market for a purchase. It had all the specs I wanted in a vehicle except a backup camera and lane keeping assist. It was just a year or two too old to have those features..however those are added luxuries that are relatively unnecessary if you are a decent driver, so I overlooked them to get some more info on the rest of the features..and it had alot of "bells and whistles" for a '13. I've always gravitated towards that body style..with the more defined edges of the SLK that got smoothed out with the SLC. So I was definitely intrigued by this vehicle. Shai was such a nice, no pressure, knowledgable salesman and after a test drive...I got excited at the possibility of coming from snow ridden Pennsylvania to sunny Las Vegas in a (brand new to me) convertible. Even though we weren't planning on purchasing.... the car was so low mileage and clearly taken care of (minus a ding in the door and scratches on the side panel..we didn't see in the bright sun light....saw it after we returned home....but it's used, as is, so we will get that fixed later)...anyway, I decided to purchase the car. The process was pretty stress free. Shai was great. He took us for a brief tour of the dealership, which we were impressed with. Alex was great in finance . All the employees we met were very personable and down to earth yet professional. There was a hiccup with the smog test and 20k. We were assured several times it was done and it wasn't. Wasted some time at the DMV too. However the manager was quick to rectify the situation and we felt it was taken care of in a professional and acceptable manner. We understand things sometimes fall through the cracks, especially at such a large facility...it just takes one person to make a minor mistake or forget to check off a task to inadvertantly creating some dissatifaction...but that's reasonable...it's the recovery that matters. And we feel this dealership adapted well and took care of everything quickly. Shai was with us through every step and deserves alot of kudos for taking the extra care to give great customer service. Thank you to everyone at FJI and believe me I'll be back for another (and probably another) in the future. The only recommendation I have is in past purchases and leases the MB dealerships in PA and VA give the purchaser a gift such as a cake or pastries and a little note thanking you for the purchase. It adds a special touch that makes a MB purchase even more special...its not necessary but it IS memorable.
Everyone was very helpful including the valet guys that were able to explain and demonstrate a few things on my car, even though on a Saturday they were very busy.
I went to FJI this afternoon to see and test drive a new A220. My salesman was Jay Fields. I have shopped for many cars at many dealerships over the years. But I can't recall a more professional and pleasant dealership / salesman experience. Jay is experienced, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He allowed a pretty long test drive so I could answer my questions about the car and it's features. Whether or not I buy a car here, I can recommend shopping here.
I had a great experience with Fletcher Jones Imports and specifically, Cookie. She helped me build my new GT63s 4 door coupe and followed up with me in the months I waited for the car to be built, shipped and delivered. She went out of her way to ensure I was able to pick up my car in the appropriate timeframe. I am so happy!

Took my mom's car here for airbag recall from the moment you pulled up staff members were friendly and eager to help but what takes the cake in overall service was the shuttle driver Mike was even more amazing than the cars they had on their lot he has the most friendliest the best customer service I have ever witnessed or had. He went above and beyond to make it easy and a pleasure to be in his vehicle. He made you feel like you were in the car with family, by the time me and my sister got out of the car to pick up our vehicle we wanted to invite him and his family over for dinner he is truly amazing. I would suggest having him training all employees on customer service
