My car was totaled in an accident so I was forced to either buy or lease a replacement. A trusted friend told me he had been doing business with Fletcher Jones Imports for over 20 years and could not recommend them more highly... I did shop another dealership, having owned their brand for most of my adult life. Nevertheless, I wound up checking out Fletcher Jones and to my surprise, for the same money I would have paid for a lease on the car I was well acquainted with, I was able to lease a brand new Mercedes with all the bells and whistles. Not only is it a much classier looking car but even more importantly, it is a safer car. It has every safety feature I wanted and then some. The salespeople were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to see that I got exactly the car I wanted at an incredible price. When my lease is up in three years I have every intention of returning and getting another Mercedes from them.
I drive a 2015 S63. Upon arriving “Greater” ignored me. And acknowledged three other cars before me. I told him I had an appointment with John. He disappeared and came back a couple minutes later and said “wait here.” After waiting several minutes I left my car and went and found John. John helped me immediately and provided excellent service. Everything from this point on was excellent. FYI, I arrived at the service car line at about 8:56am on Friday May 11th for a 9am appointment.
They did not treat us like we were crap as did the Henderson location. They took care of us like customers should be taken care of.

The service department is great but the sales department is stuck up. They act like they are multimillionaires and you need get a appointment with them to talk to them! I got better service and attention from Towbin Bentley. Sales staff, customers are first. No sales, no cars get sold. Service department is great!
Josh Sutton provides excellent service. He is very responsive over text, call and e-mail. I highly recommend him. Throughout all the years in working with him, he has remained very consistent.

My GL350 was serviced well and on time. The shuttle service was also great. John called me after 3 hours and reviewd to me what was done to the vehicle and said that it’s ready. A nice service.
