Had a fantastic first-time experience at Fletcher Jones today. My 4-month old C300 displayed a tire pressure error I was unable to resolve. I telephoned Fletcher Jones and the service advisor told me to stop by, no appointment needed. I brought the car in a few hours later; a technician whisked the car away and invited me to wait in the (very well-appointed) customer lounge. Less than 10 minutes later they pulled my car up in front of the lounge, problem resolved, no charge. I’ve never had such a positive car service interaction. While I hope I won’t need to see the service department again for a while, I’ll look forward to doing so when the time comes. Thank you, Fletcher Jones!
Positive Feedback for the Fletcher Jones Servicing Department: Scenario: July 10, 2018: 3 out of the 5 air vents did not blow air. I had attempted to trouble shoot to no avail. July 11 and 12, 2018: I contacted DJ from Servicing who immediately put me in touch with Danielle Kayley/Keley, Servicing Advisor. In less than 10 minutes Danielle determined my user error. To clarify, the tiny silver colored plastic knobs on the 3 vents had inadvertently been turned to the side which means they're off.(lol) The tiny silver colored plastic knobs need to have the middle line indicator turned Upwards/Vertically and not Across/Horizontally. I accept my user error and hope this post helps other MB drivers with vent issues in the future. Thanks Fletcher Jones Team!

I brought the wife's vehicle to Fletcher Jones twice now, first time was to check the car overall after we had bought it CPO, and now a second time 5 months later due to a maintenance light coming on. It was just a standard mileage maintenance light... so nothing big. Jason was our service guy, and he was very professional and courteous getting us in right away even though I called earlier in the AM. He printed a report in color showing the statues (green, yellow, red) and condition of the vehicle maintenance record which was cool. There was no charge for this excellent service since we purchased the warranty package... totally worth it! If you haven't been down to this dealership before, it's a must if you're in the market for a new or CPO vehicle... the showroom is an experience!

I bought my GLK new from FJ in 2014. Mike Mondesi was my salesman and I would only work with him again. Like the Sales staff, the Service Dept is very professional. Every time I have visited, I have been treated exceptionally. My first service rep was Josh Singer who is no longer there. Since then, Jason Cote has been my service rep and he has been outstanding as well. My vehicle is always clean and ready to go. Your customer lounge is one of the best. I did not have any problems with anyone. After leaving, I discovered that I needed a Power Steering Pump and the inspection did not reveal that to me.
Everything was perfect except the car wash were took little bit too long that I had to wait outside of the lobby for about 20 mins.

I asked and he will justified the prices or if any offers or specials are avail. he will let me know. Over all he's very professional. I have using this dealership for nearly 18 years since i moved in las vegas. The only bad part of this is that i live in henderson and i have to drive to the sahara location . I leave like 2 miles away from MB henderson ( i been like 2-3 times at this location and i NEVER had a good experience) Your sales, services + valet and check-in associates are the best
