Cookie is by far the best sales rep EVER!!! I had been shopping online for quite some time and attempting to get a detailed purchase price quote. The ONLY dealership to actually send me EXACTLY what I asked for without trying to pressure me with phone calls and arranging a visit was Fletcher Jones. I sent them email with a detailed description of what I wanted and what I didn’t want and within minutes I had what I asked for. Cookie emailed me the quote without once telling me I had to come to dealership. She then went above and beyond to help me. I ended up not buying a car from them but the decision was based solely on my financials. I’ve put the car I wanted on hold for now but when I decide to purchase that particular car, cookie will be my first contact!
