I brought my pop in for the a A3 servicing in an Auxiliary battery malfunction. Jolene promptly assess my vehicle and explain to me that warranty and maintenance plan was outdated and no longer covered my service. Had tire problems. Got me in right away. Was done quickly and was notified directly by my service adviser...the only lacking experience was I was not informed what happened that required them to replace my tire.

I had a major service performed in the middle of July. My service advisor was new (LaRoyne Brown), and didn't have a clue. He never checked to see if the work had been completed. I found after the service that the belts and hoses where not checked (the main air tube for one of the turbos was actually falling apart in two areas. Arrived for my scheduled appointment for my annual required service(A) and upon arrival, service advisor Dave Miller promptly greeted me and proceeded to process my inbound ML350 vehicle for service. Paperwork completed, signed and within minutes, was transferred over to the loaner vehicle area to sign and pick up my allotted rental. Overall, terrific service and my ML350 required service was completed in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

The technician arrived in 30 minutes. The battery was in his truck. The battery was replaced in less than 30 minutes. The technician was friendly and very helpful.

My 2 year old GLA broke down in the middle of the grocery store parking lot. I was able to call the 800 number and have it towed on Labor day weekend. It was not a fun experience to have a broken down car but my treatment after this event was great. I was able to text Dennis early in the morning alerting him that my car was there and communicating throughout the day for status updates. I really like knowing I have a personal relationship with someone taking care of my car.

We have a Sprinter and our bulb went out; I was in touch with Fletcher Jones Imports yesterday and they directed me to their Sprinter location. We arrived in Vegas the next day and the gentlemen working there couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. They immediately replaced our bulb and we were on our way within ten minutes. This is the type of service that keeps us purchasing Mercedes.

The only way I would suggest to make it "excellent" is to have the service rep have an exit review with the customer before paying. That would allow the customer to have a good understanding of the service that was provided and what may be needed in the next checkup.

David Mueller is great. The only thing I could not understand how my tires they said were worn out already after 14.500 miles. We’re the tires on my Mercedez not top of the line. Said I would have to replace them eventually. Don’t know if Mercedez can handle this for me. I am not going to replace tires after 12 months

Every time I, a female, go into a dealership or repair shop I cringe. I tend to feel like a fish swimming in a sea of sharks who assume I know nothing and want to insult my intelligence or sell me something I don’t need. This dealership and its employees are helpful and courteous. They also don’t push the upsell and just tell you what needs to be repaired versus trying to take every dollar they can. I took my Mercedes into Fletcher Jones (Las Vegas) this morning for the two-year maintenance service. I was prepared to wait at least 4 hours for this service to be completed. However, to my surprise, the service was completed in 2 1/2 hours. My Service Consultant, David Miller, was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I decided to add the "Smog Test" to my service and Dave was able to do this for a nominal fee. Dave is very professional and should go far with his career at Mercedes.

At 110,000 miles, I was due for a thorough service, including transmission, in my ML320 CDI Diesel drivetrain, but as usual with a sturdy diesel, the engine needed no more than an oil change. Their were some first time services needed though. The Auxillary battery needed to be changed, and the steering rack and pinion bushings needed to be replaced, but your prices were less than the local Firestone. I also had a detail included to help preserve the paint finish in the desert heat.
She was nice, personable. Had to go back after the oil change , bcs sensor came on. She got it fixed right away. No complaints at all.

On January 8th of this year I had a four wheel alignment performed and had two new Vanco "All Season" tires installed on my vehicle, a 2014 Sprinter 3500. The purpose for this was twofold: 1. You wouldn't think that sourcing an A/C hose would take more than a day or two. Guess again, my ML350 needed one when my compressor needed to be replaced and it took a full month and a half to get it and install. The part had to be ordered from Germany(???). Deal with my extended warranty company who wouldn't authorize MB original parts therefore I had to pay out of pocket to get MB quality. Ridiculous as it may sound but I give kudos and thanks to my Service Adviser, Dennis Eich for hanging in there to the finish.

Miguel and Steve did an exceptional service on my 2016 sprinter. Had an employee pump gasoline into the diesel fuel tank on a Friday evening. Had the sprinter towed to their West Sahara location and even though they were busy, they were able to get me out within 3 hours. We had a tire lose pressure and MB of Henderson discovered that the wheel was leaking, not the tire. They claimed that Mercedes Benz told them that we must have hit a pothole. We never hit a pothole that I am aware of, especially hard enough to bend the wheel (also, the same tire was flat when we purchased the motorhome). David was very quick and helpful. The waiting area was comfortable. The lady who rang us up was very pleasant as well. Very satisfied, until receiving my vehicle back. The guy dropping off my car with dreads past gas inside my car and didn’t even roll down windows. He pulled up and quickly left said nothing. When my husband and I went to vehicle it smelled horrible. Was cold and rainy, still drove with windows down for 2-3 miles. Even purchased air fresheners because it was that disgusting of an odor.

I took my 2008 CLS 550 in to have the lower right headlamp replaced after the dash notification system alerted me. During drop off I showed Dennis that my window was making funny noise. Dennis identified the issue right away as a window regulator. I have an after market warranty company and Dennis said he would check with them to see if it was covered. The warranty company came out and validated that the part was covered. Dennis was able to get the headlamp, window regulator fixed and I picked up my car the next day. I took my clk in due to a faulty key. Dennis Eich was the service advisor who received my car. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. In two days, they got the car running with a new key. If you have any issues with your Benz, just ask for Dennisand you won't be disappointed.

I arrived on time and was met at the door, Brendan looked at my tires and advised that it would be prudent to replace the front tires, the work was completed on time and in addition they also removed and replaced the run-flat system on the front wheels at no cost to me. I was very satisfied.

Dennis Eich was my service provider who took exceptional care of us. Not only did he have our vehicle serviced (due to an airbag recall), but he noticed that our headlights were pink and needed a new Xenon headlamp which Mercedes Benz paid half for. AWESOME! We were highly impressed with the wash and tire shine afterwards as well. That saved us another $60 for a detail.
