I had the worst buying experience and they didn't care about my loyalty to the brand .. if you're looking for a luxury brand don't go to this dealership I am about to sell my 2 Mercedes and go to a different luxury brand where they value their costumers because this ones they don't value costumers and loyalty to the brand.. stay away I don't recommend this dealership.

They extend my lease contract for an extra 6 months, and it was supposed to be included all the maintenance services till the end of the contract. (Sales Advisor and Manager agreement). And guess what??? They didn't. The service was for the normal 3 years, so now I have to pay for the extra service on that extra lease time that they made me accepted!!! MY ADVICE! BE CAREFUL!!! There are a lot of more options in Vegas..

I have had great service advisors over these years, but Mr. Dave Miller stands out as very humble, courteous and pays attention to details. He is the youngest too and very engrossed in his work. He is the greatest.

Their mechanics are exceptionally clean as they work on our vehicles, and my car receives a courtesy wash and clean up, almost a detailing, each time it is in for service. The dealership is superbly designed in its layout and is maintained in an exceptional cleanliness. The care of each and every customer, or browser is highly evident from the Manager to the porters and house cleaning personnel. They provide shuttle service to and from my home that is always a pleasure to ride with them. Fletcher Jones is how a dealership should be operated and should be used as a model to emulate by other dealerships.
He is awesome. I like his service. Always give me a good advice , make decisions from the customer's point of view without unnecessary work. I super recommend him. But I'm worried that I won't be able to receive his service because he too busy if everybody took his service.lol
Laroyne was friendly and a good communicator with what was happening with my service. The dealership is always clean and most everyone seems to enjoy working there.

When I arrived, I met Alex, who was exceptionally personable and knowledgeable. We test drove the vehicle, and he did very well in convincing me what a great car the Mazda 3 was. After the test drive, I did take a look at the nearby dealerships and did find a potential car to rival the one I drove.
At the end of the dealership visits, I went with the most knowledgeable salesperson and the highest rated dealer (Fletcher Jones.) From initial phone call to agreed upon price, I believe it was 2hrs.
The day of purchase was pleasant, especially dealing with Maricar who was extremely friendly and proficient; she answered all questions I had regarding the registration process.
So far I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend Fletcher Jones to any of my family members or colleagues looking for a car.
Had a great experience with the dealer. Showed integrity and was very helpful. Would recommend anybody to them.

This place id awesome! Dont get intimidated because its Mercedes. They are better thenthe dealerships that advertise “bad credit, we can work with you” They truly work with you. Everyone is polite and give you all the information you need before you leave out with your purchase.

I spent the next 3 hours trying to get the finance gut to call me back and resorted in calling and texting Jordan to help me. Which he did. I had the previous contract with me so off to the bank to pick up the check and the headed to the dealership. Still no answer from finance person of any kind. I walked in and was greeted by Krista the sales manager and she told me that finance was getting ready for me and I should be done in a few minutes. I was taken back to Robert who informed me that they could not back out of the contract with their lender. I told him I had already spoken with that lender and NO CONTRACT was received from this dealership with my name or SS #. When It old him that I walked out and went into Krista and explained the situation and showed her the check that I had for the amount. Told simply that if they did not honor this after spending most of the day getting this I wanted my vehicle back and cancel the deal. She left and came back about 10 minutes later and told me she had escalated to the manager of finance and that they were backing out the financing and excepting my check.
I like they way Krista, Jordan and Robert took care of this situation and came through. I just hope that I have no issues when I go back and get my plates and registration!

I jumped the gun by giving the service department such a high rating. In my last review, I stated the service department had fixed the squealing sound emanating from underneath my vehicle. This morning was the first time that I lowered the top on my vehicle, at which time I noticed that the squealing was still there. When you drive the vehicle with the top up you cannot hear the squealing sound. With the top lowered, the squealing sound is still there.
I will call the dealership tomorrow and set up another appointment with the service department. This will mak the fourth time that I’ have taken the vehicle in and the squealing situation has not been resolved. Mercedes cars are excellent vehicles, I cannot believe that the service personnel employed by Mercedes cannot figure out how to fix this problem. As you can tell, I am a little upset because I spent a lot of money on this car, and now it’s taking up a lot of my time trying to get it repaired.
I had a problem with unknown sounds emanating from underneath my vehicle. They found the problem and it was fixed at a very timely matter. I have taken vehicle to the other Fletcher Jones in Henderson they could not find the problem.
