2019 Mercedes-Benz G-Class Changes

Although the 2019 Mercedes-Benz G-Class MSRP is still to be determined, one thing is clear— upon its release later this year, the new Mercedes-Benz G-Class is expected to launch with a few exciting changes for Summerlin and North Las Vegas drivers. These changes include a new powerful engine, a larger selection of convenience and comfort amenities, and much more! Learn about some of the 2019 Mercedes-Benz G-Class changes below, courtesy of the team at Fletcher Jones Imports.
Engine & Transmission
The 2019 Mercedes-Benz G-Class will come equipped with a brand new engine: a 4.0L V8 biturbo engine that generates an impressive 416 hp and 450 lb-ft of torque. The 2019 G-Class SUV will also upgrade from the 7-speed automatic transmission featured on the 2018 G Wagon to a 9G-TRONIC® 9-speed automatic transmission.
Driving Modes
Similar to the 2018 model, the 2019 G-Class will once again offer Comfort, Sport, Eco, and Individual DYNAMIC SELECT® driving modes. What sets the 2019 G-Glass apart from its predecessor is the new G-Mode, which makes for smoother and more responsive handling on rough terrain.
Comfort & Convenience Features
The new 2019 G-Class will also boast new comfort and convenience features. Highlights include a 12.3-inch high-resolution display with a single-bonded glass panel, 64-shade ambient lighting, and new LED headlights.
