Once you’ve made the smart decision to own a Mercedes-Benz, your goal should be to ensure that your vehicle remains in peak condition for as long as possible. When paired with Service A, Service B intervals keep your sedan, coupe, SUV, or convertible operating properly.
At Fletcher Jones Imports, we are pleased to provide our customers with Service B at reasonable costs, so they can make the most out of one of their largest investments. Let’s take a closer look at what you can expect from a Mercedes-Benz Service B interval.
The Flexible Service System, or FSS, will inform you when it’s time for a Service B interval. Service B intervals typically come after Service A, and are recommended for the duration of your ownership. You can expect to take your Mercedes-Benz in for Service B at 20,000 miles or after 2 years. If you own a vehicle from the model year 2009 or newer*, here is a list of auto services that will be performed during the Service B interval:
It’ll be easy to determine when your vehicle needs service, thanks to the Mercedes-Benz Maintenance system. One month prior to an upcoming service, this system will display a message in your multi-function instrument cluster, so that you’ll never miss a service date.

When it’s time to take your Mercedes-Benz in for Service B, schedule a service appointment online or contact the Fletcher Jones Imports service center at (702) 793-2681. Our service center is open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.

** Oil and filter change is the base advertised service component. Additional services as determined by your vehicle’s ASSYST Plus system, which calculates service needs based on your driving habits, time, mileage and environmental conditions, may increase service cost.
