Living in the Las Vegas area, it is no secret that there is plenty to do on the eve of a new year, but what about the next morning? We’ve compiled a list of some of our favorite places to find brunch the day after. Here are our New Year’s Day breakfast & brunch picks:
Mr. Mamas Breakfast & Lunch
If you are looking to escape the bustle of the strip and have a nice home-style restaurant meal, this is the place. Their menu includes old fashioned buttermilk pancakes that are handmade, a western omelet that can really spice things up, and Mamas chicken fried steak that will put some meat on your bones. If you don’t believe us, this spot is among Yelp’s Top 100 Places to Eat in the US for 2015.

Veranda at the Four Seasons Hotel
You might prefer something with a little more pizazz. Veranda in the Four Seasons Hotel will serve you breakfast to the nines. The weekend breakfast buffet is available from 8am to 1pm on Saturday and Sunday. Among our recommendations are the breakfast Panini, the Italian omelet, and the “hash.” Your taste buds will be dancing like your feet were the night before.

The Peppermill Restaurant and Fireside Lounge
For some people, this is a Las Vegas staple. It has even been featured in many movies, so you might recognize the décor. Breakfast is served 24 hours, so it won’t matter what kind of night you had before, they will have your eggs benedict or corned beef hash ready for you. Our recommendations include their impressive fruit platter and the Maserati omelet. Only in Vegas, right?
