How important is it ensuring customers have a pleasant experience here at Fletcher Jones?
“Extremely important due to the fact that if a customer is unhappy with services performed, the customer more than likely will not purchase another Mercedes-Benz®”
What is your favorite part of the job?
“Fixing cars that other people have struggled to fix, this part is also the most stressful. Some cars have hard to diagnose problems and once a customer knows what is wrong with a car that they have had trouble with it is a huge relief. Interacting with clients and getting to know their stories. We here at the Service Department are a family and it is important we all get along”
What is your favorite car we currently produce?
Favorite Mercedes-Benz® of all time?
“Mercedes-Benz® 600 Pullman Presidential Landaulet. Only 13 ever made. And of course the 300SL Gullwing”
